Our course provides basic handgun instruction with safety being paramount. Husbands and wives are invited to take the course together. Invite a friend to go through the course with you. We can accommodate groups up to 20. Please check out Ohio Attorney General - Concealed Carry and see if you qualify to receive your Concealed Carry Permit before registering for class.
NRA Certified Instructor's Scott Hofacker and Steve Doe will be teaching Ohio's required 12 hour course to enable you to apply for your concealed carry permit. The NRA course consists of 10 hours classroom training including the NRA Basic Pistol Course and will have Ohio's Concealed Carry Law presented. There will also be a minimum of 2 hours of live fire range training. This course will be strictly adhered to as set forth by the laws of the State of Ohio. After satisfactorily completing the course, you will receive an NRA certificate and a course completion statement by the instructor to present to your Sheriff's Office. We would like to see all qualified Ohioans get their Concealed Carry Permit. Crime rate has historically gone down in every state that has the Concealed Carry Permit option. Get your classroom training, then apply for your Concealed Carry Permit and have a secure feeling of protecting yourself or your loved ones should the need arise.
Class fee is $95.00 per person. A $25.00 deposit is required to reserve your seat. Free loaner firearms available. Our class also includes lunch and refreshments.
